Unlike traditional methods relying on final blended samples, we implement a comprehensive data-driven quality management system. During production, approximately 300–600 samples per batch are collected from various manufacturing stages. These extensive datasets are analyzed via statistical evaluation models to monitor process stability and identify potential variations. This approach ensures consistent product performance and delivers scientific, reliable quality evaluation for pharmaceutical development.


Our facilities feature fully computerized automatic control systems for real-time monitoring of critical production parameters.
