RHEOL® SNAC, chemically known as 8-(2-hydroxybenzamido)octanoic acid sodium salt, is a white to off-white crystalline solid with good water solubility. It is a high-performance oral permeation enhancer that locally elevates gastric pH, promotes peptide monomerization, and anchors absorption in the stomach to significantly improve oral bioavailability.
