RHEOL® HPMCP (Hypromellose Phthalate) is a white or off-white powder or granule with good flowability, odorless or with a slight acidic odor, and is nearly insoluble in water or absolute ethanol. RHEOL® HP50 is a grade of RHEOL® HPMCP, designed for enteric coating and controlled-release formulations with a dissolution pH of ≥5.0.
