DESU® Microcrystalline Cellulose 1000 consists of highly fluffy particles that provide tighter inter-particle entanglement and sufficient plastic deformation during the tableting process. By precisely regulating particle morphology, DESU® MCC 1000 ensures maximum tablet stability and mechanical strength. It uses very low levels to achieve target tablet hardness, addressing friability and capping. Its unique porous structure inhibits liquid seepage, enabling formulation of liquid-containing actives. DESU® Microcrystalline Cellulose 1000 is mainly used in high-dose or poorly compactible tablet formulations and liquid-active pharmaceutical preparations.
